‼️ Risks of joint disease
Osteoarthritis can be caused by a variety of factors, including age-related deterioration, overuse or injury, genetics, and certain medical conditions such as diabetes or rheumatoid arthritis. Poor posture, poor diet, and certain types of work or sports can also increase the risk of developing osteoarthritis. Statistically, 35% of the population in the United States and Europe suffers from osteoarthritis, with one in five experiencing varying degrees of severity. Mild cases include arthritis, rheumatism, and gout, with symptoms such as pain, stiffness, swelling, difficulty moving, fatigue, and loss of mobility. Severe cases can cause joint deformities, fever, and severe joint pain, which can lead to long-term pain and disability. In severe cases, osteoarthritis can even lead to life-threatening complications.
